I am having an issue of the Ruckus R510 APs rebooting (cycling off and on) multiple time per day, random time frames. I have power cycled the modem and switch and rest the APs but still cycling. It just ran for 2 and 1/2 hours and now just rebooted. The system rebooted for about 10 minutes and then cycled again.
The switch is a ICX 7150-C12P. The lights that are on are the Port Link Status, System Status and Power. All are green.
On the APs, the Pwr, 2.4G and 5G lights are green. Sometimes the CTL is green.
I am not sure where to get the current version of the Unleashed system.

My IP address is 10.0.0.120 but the combination of username and password does not work.
I have enter all the combinations.

Hi @cwdarnell
Thank you for the information you shared.
If SSH isn’t working, you could try the Telnet option to log in to CLI (Putty) as described below:
Telnet – Port 23 (If SSH doesn’t work)
If you can access the Command line should look like this:
ICX7150-C12 Router> OR
ICX7150-C12 Switch>
Please share the output of the commands or share the screenshots if stuck at any step or error (if any) and let me know if you have any queries in this regard.
Thank you again for your patience and understanding.
Best regards,

Okay. I had to switch the my Macbook and use Terminal to get the responses. See below.
While doing that, the Port Link Status light went off, the System Status light went to blinking amber then solid amber, the back to green and the Port Link went back to green. This took a few minutes to cycle through. You can see the pause in the response at the red highlight.

Hi @cwdarnell
Thank you for the response and the confirmation.
We suggest upgrading your switch to the latest stable version as your Switch is on an older version that is 08080d. (as highlighted in the below screenshot)
Please follow to the below steps explaining the Upgrade process. (We suggest using Windows Laptop/PC for Upgrade)
The recommended stable versions is 8095g (08.0.95g)
The Upgrade path would be: 08080d (your current version)>>8080f>>8095g
(PLEASE NOTE: Use 08095g patch in place of 8095h as explained in the guide)
Your Upgrade folder should contain these 3 files shown in the below screenshot: (Refer the guide link for more information)
Below are the options or methods to perform the Upgrade on the switch: You could choose any one of these.
1st Option:
1. In this option, we will use a pen drive or USB flash drive in which we move the files to the pen drive and connect it to the Switch then through CLI we execute the commands to upgrade the Switch using the following guide as a reference:
How to Upgrade a Switch ICX-7150-C12P using a USB flash drive
2nd Option:
2. The following guide is an example of an upgrade via TFTP server, by using an application (FREE) to send files or upload remote files to a device, in our case, we will use it to update a new version to the Switch, basically it will send the image version remotely from the computer to the switch.
How to upgrade a Switch ICX7150-C12P via TFTP
3rd Option:
3. In this option we Upgrade the Switch from the Web Interface (GUI) of switch.
Try to access your switch from a web browser by pasting the below URL in http or https form whichever that works.
https://0.0.0.0 or http://0.0.0.0 (IP address of Switch. 0.0.0.0 is just as an example)
As you can access CLI, I would suggest you follow the 2nd option. (And we request, please use Windows laptop/PC if you have one)
Please let me know if you have any queries in this regard.
Thank you again for your patience and understanding.

I have a Windows PC but it is a company computer and I cannot load software onto it.
That is why I used my Macbook Pro to access terminal.
I think I will have to use the UBS option
