Ruckus R320 Stuck at Power Green / CTL Blinking Green – Request RMA Referral

Hello,
I have a Ruckus R320 indoor access point that has never functioned properly.

Model: R320
Serial Number: 37200900****

Current LED Status:
- Power LED: Solid Green
- CTL LED: Blinking Green continuously

This state has been unchanged for nearly 2 years.
The AP never becomes operational or visible on the network.

Troubleshooting already performed:
- Different PoE switch ports
- Long hard reset (30+ seconds)
- Power cycles

Kindly verify and approve warranty replacement.

Thank you for sharing the information.

Based on the troubleshooting done, your RUCKUS Access point is still not working even after completing the reset. However, even after performing troubleshooting steps, the Access point is still not responding.. This AP unit Should be RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) in simple words replacing it.

Please confirm the shipping address, if you wish to proceed with the RMA.
