Ruckus R320 Stuck at Power Green / CTL Blinking Green – Request RMA Referral

Hello,
I have a Ruckus R320 indoor access point that has never functioned properly.

Model: R320
Serial Number: 37200900****

Current LED Status:
- Power LED: Solid Green
- CTL LED: Blinking Green continuously

This state has been unchanged for nearly 2 years.
The AP never becomes operational or visible on the network.

Troubleshooting already performed:
- Different PoE switch ports
- Long hard reset (30+ seconds)
- Power cycles

Kindly verify and approve warranty replacement.

Thank you for the response.

Upon checking, we could see that your email address is not registered in the Ruckus support portal.

I would request you to please register the email address in the support portal using the link https://support.ruckuswireless.com/

On the login page, select Join Now to initiate the account registration process.

Complete the registration form by providing the required user information.

Review and accept the following agreements:

  • Terms of Use
  • Privacy Policy
  • Software License Agreement

Select Register to submit the registration request.

Once the registration is completed, you will receive an email to verify your email address.

Once the email address verification is completed, you may login to the support portal.

Please confirm once you are able to verify your email address.
