There aren't any lights showing from the 510 access or from the Ruckus unit. When I try to turn on the unit by plugging it in the lights flash on the front of the unit, then nothing. No light from inside the Ruckus unit or from any of the access points. Totally dead!!!!

The bigger issue is why am I on this site for a $500.00 unit that is dead and Ruckus isn't willing to warranty this unit like it's competitors.I have a Unifi system in my office that had issues and they replaced a 3 year old unit at no charge.
