Ruckus unit stop working, no power, won't reset, no lights displaying. The unit is dead. Yes....I tried a different outlet and still nothing.

Thanks for your response.
Based on the troubleshooting done, it seems that the switch is not powering up this unit should be RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) in simple words replacing it.

Please find attached pics of the unit and access points (prior to disconnecting the Ruckus Switch....no lights from the ruckus unit, hence no power to the access points.
