Hi,
We tried all the suggestions including : https://community.ruckuswireless.com/t5/RUCKUS-Support-for-Lennar-Homes/How-to-Upgrade-a-Switch-ICX-...
and tried upgrading firmware.
The steps were completed successfully (though I could see lots of crash messages on the console), still, the device only has 2 lights as shown in picture and wifi extender does not power on.

Thanks for the detailed description.
Please check the console connections between your switch and your computer as mentioned below. Here I share the guide on how to console in the Ruckus switch.
A console cable connected between your Computer to the ICX 7150 Switch Type-C USB console port.
Note: The cable type will be USB to type C, where the USB it’s going to your computer and the type C to the Type C connection in your switch, is the port number#1 in the next guide.

3: Ethernet cable connected between the Out-of-band management port in the Switch to your computer Ethernet port.
Note: Out-of-band management port in the Switch is the number 13 in the next guide:

Once you are done with the above connections please try to perform the software recovery process again using the below link.

Hello Jayavidhya,
We of course had connected console cable A console cable from the Computer to the ICX 7150 Switch Type-C USB console port and Ethernet cable connected between the Out-of-band management port (port 13) and our computer's Ethernet port. We were able to copy the files through TFTP but the problem is still not solved.

Please share image of the switch and the computer showing the console connection.
Please try to follow the steps in putty application and check whether you are getting the same issue or not.
How to perform a Software recovery on an ICX7150 switch
While following the steps if you facing any issues please share the screenshot of the error you are getting.

Thanks for your response.
To complete software recovery process please enter the following commands and let us know the results.
“setenv image_name SPS08090k.bin” (enter the correct image file name)
“update_primary” (upload the image on the primary partition)
“setenv image_name SPS08090k.bin” (enter the correct image file name)
“update_secondary” (upload the image on the secondary partition)
*Wait that loads the image and continue with the boot:
“setenv uboot mnz10115.bin” (enter the correct boot file name)
“update_uboot” (upload the boot code)
* Wait that loads the boot and continue with the Final command reset:
“reset” (finally enter reset to reload the unit)
