I am Unleashed Lennar Home client and I have problem with some of the apps and some of the pages loading process and after I check my Unleashes site, I realize that I have Switch disconnected. is that have anything to do with my problem? When connecting to Ruckcus access points I am often timed out trying to navigate to some sites... All access points are online. Not sure if they works as expected because I am having all the issues accessing internet. I did reboot both switch and access points several time already.

As per the case description, I could understand that your RUCKUS setup is not working, with intermittent Internet connectivity.
This issue may happen when the Switch runs on the Routing code (SPR). The Switch should run on the Switching code (SPS) to avoid these issues for Lennar home users. If the Switch boots up on the other partition (Due to a power outage/power spike) which may be running on a ‘Routing Code’ results in causing this issue. To check the same and troubleshoot please follow the below process.

1. To check this issue, we must identify the ‘current’ IP address assigned by your local router to the switch ICX-7150-C12P
