I recently moved into a 4 year old Lennar home which has ICX7150 C12p switch and 2 R510 AP's.
Spectrum guy connected his modem and router and its working. But when I connect the ethernet out of router to one of the 12 ports of switch, I don't see any lights coming up on the port. AP's are also not showing any lights. There are only 2 lights on switch which are green and amber. I've power cycled switch and router several times but no luck. I've seen some posts advising on resetting the switch by inserting a pin but with that I kept seeing flashing amber lights and no green lights. I have no experience of connecting a laptop to a switch for configurations.
Can I get some help on resolving this issue. can we have someone come out and fix it for us?

Hi @RuckusIssues
Please confirm if the issue is happening while it is connected to access points or when it is connected to ISP router.
Please follow out the next steps.
1. Connect the computer to the ISP router with the ethernet cable. Run the speed test, and confirm if your speed is stable and search for websites, make sure you have no issues.
2. You can perform the same step on wireless by connecting the computer to the Wi-Fi / SSID coming from the ISP router. (Note: Not the Wi-Fi coming from the access points.)
Please let us know if you have any queries in this regard.

Hello,
Please see the screen shots from speed test.
1. SpeedTest from ISP router on Wi-Fi
2. Speed Test from Master AP(which show's up to 100mbps speed on ruckus portal)
3. Speed Test from member AP(which show's up to 1000 mbps speed on ruckus portal)
My question is, why is Master AP capping the speed to 100 MBPS when member AP shows 1000 MBPS. I understand that maximum speed is decided by the ISP but Master AP shouldn't be restricting it unlike member AP. is there a config that I should be looking at?

Hi @RuckusIssues
Thanks for your response.
Based on the description it seems like your switch may be booting from the secondary partition (NOTE: Secondary partition contains the routing code) which is causing the bad connectivity issues. Please follow up the next guide.
How to Fix Routing code issues on Lennar Home users via Web GUI.
How to Fix Routing code issues on Lennar Home users via CLI
Guide#1 for CLI:
Guide#2 for CLI:
Note: if you have access to the Unleashed Dashboard and the Switch can be seen from there, it may look like the following image, ICX7150-C12-Router instead of ICX7150-C12-Switch, now before starting the steps of the guide, I will advise you to cable the computer directly to the Switch, since you will have a better connectivity than if you connect via wireless.
After fixing the issue of the Switch booting from the wrong partition, please perform an upgrade to the code 08095g UFI and upgrade both partitions primary and secondary with the switching code file named SPS08095gufi.bin, take into consideration that is the Switch is running a code lower than 08080 you need to upgrade twice, from the code you are to 08080f and then the recommended code 08095g UFI.

Hello,
Reading from the symptoms mentioned in the link you provided
Symptoms:
Websites not loading
Devices getting disconnected or having problems working as intended.
Network dropping at random points in time.
Smart devices not being able to connect to the internet.
Unleashed dashboard sometimes as “Disconnected” on the Internet tab.
I don't have any of these symptoms. I am only concerned about the speed capping at 100 mbps from only 1 AP. if its an issue from the Switch itself, then it should cause problems at both AP's not just one of them. Please see screen shots from switch's GUI. it shows its loading from primary. Please guide me on next steps.
