Apologies for the delayed response, as this post has now moved to the Lennar forum.
As per the case description, I understand that you are seeing an old wireless RUCKUS network after changing your ISP (Internet Service Provider).
Please note, that even if the ISP is changed, the RUCKUS Access Points will broadcast the same Wi-Fi Network/SSID which they are configured with. You can connect to the Internet via the same network after connecting the ethernet cable to the RUCKUS ICX-7150-C12P Switch which is coming from your ISP Router.
