Hi @bkpatel009

Thanks for your response.

For further troubleshooting please share the output of the below commands by following the below steps.

  1. To fix this issue, we must identify the ‘current’ IP address assigned by your local router to the switch ICX-7150-C12P

I will leave you a guide on how to perform an IP scanner on your local network to identify the switch IP address very easily.

How to find my Ruckus “Devices IP address” using free applications:

https://community.ruckuswireless.com/t5/RUCKUS-Support-for-Lennar-Homes/How-to-find-my-Ruckus-Device...

  1. Once we identify the IP address of the switch proceed to access remotely to the device “Command Line”

How to remotely access to 'ICX 7150-C12P' or 'access points' "Network devices":

https://community.ruckuswireless.com/t5/RUCKUS-Support-for-Lennar-Homes/How-to-remotely-access-to-IC...

If you can access the Command line should look like this:

ICX7150-C12 Router>

Note: Hit Enter to accept each command

enable

show version
show inline power
show inline power detail

(Please share the output screenshot of the above commands).

Please let us know if you have any queries in this regard.

I do not see Ruckus switch connected in the Advanced IP scanner app in the first step. I do see my netgear router info and other IP addresses of other devices but the Ruckus switch

Hi @bkpatel009

Please share the screenshot of the error you are getting while running the IP scanner.

Also please confirm whether you can see your RUCKUS switch in your unleashed dashboard.

To solve this issue please reboot the local Router ( ISP device ) and run the IP scanner to check whether you can see the RUCKUS IP address or not.

Another solution is to log in in your local Router and check the 'device list'

It looks like I was able to see the command by downloading MobaXterm. I hope this is what you were looking for, right?

Hi @bkpatel009

Thanks for your response.

Based on the images you have shared it seems that you PoE is in disabled state.

For powering up the access points we should enable the PoE . Once you are done with the process please upgrade the switch to the code 08095g, let me add the steps to enable back PoE and save the changes.

Switch>enable
No password has been assigned yet...
Switch#configure terminal
Switch(config)#interface ethernet 1/1/7 to 1/1/12
Switch(config-mif-1/1/7-1/1/12)#inline power

Here are two options to perform the upgrade to the recommended code 08095, as you are running the old code, the upgrade must be done twice from where you are 08061 to 08080f then from 08080f to 08095 UFI, and you will always use the image that start with SPS.
