I did a factory reset and now I can’t setup

1. Please let us know the LED status of the switch and the access points using the below guide.

2. Are the Access points getting power?

Everything is working correctly I just have No access to settings and the name changed to ruckus wireless 1 plus the mobile app is not working

before I could access the settings through my laptop but now I can’t 

Could someone just call me and walk me through it please and thank you
