Ruckus ICX 7150-C12P will not power on

Our ICX 7150-C12P died yesterday. All of the WAPs connected via PoE to this unit do not have power either. This happened a couple weeks ago and the issue was resolved by cycling the power off and on. However, it is not working this time. When I cycle the off and on now, the green lights will blink one time and remain off. No data lights or any other lights come on after that. Based on the images you have shared also the troubleshooting steps you have done, it seems to be the unit is totally dead, this unit should be RMA (return merchandise authorization) in simple words replace it.

- Please let us know the LED status of the switch and the access points using the below guide.

All LED lights on the switch and all 3 WAPs are off/black.

Thanks for your response.

 

Please share the image of the switch and the access points showing the LED status.

 

Also make sure the cable is actually connected to the ICX-7150-C12P ( Switch ) In one of the 12 ports in the middle

 

Make sure the cable is in good condition so that both ends and connectors look good.
