Ruckus ICX 7150-C12P will not power on

Our ICX 7150-C12P died yesterday. All of the WAPs connected via PoE to this unit do not have power either. This happened a couple weeks ago and the issue was resolved by cycling the power off and on. However, it is not working this time. When I cycle the off and on now, the green lights will blink one time and remain off. No data lights or any other lights come on after that. Hi @LarryN 

 

Based on the images you have shared also the troubleshooting steps you have done, it seems to be the unit is totally dead, this unit should be RMA (return merchandise authorization) in simple words replace it.

Please share the picture and video of the switch showing connection to the power outlet and the LED status as mentioned below.
