Ruckus ICX 7150-C12P not sending power to R510 AP's

I see that my Ruckus ICX 7150-C12P installed by Lennar is not sending any power to R510 AP's.

I see only 2 lights on the switch one is PWR and SYST, but none of the APs plugged in have no light.

Please let me know how to fix this.

Hope you are doing great !

As I can see, according to the color lights of your Switch (ICX-7150) is stuck in boot mode stage.

That does not mean is broken or need to be replace 'in some cases'

When the switch is in boot mode ,  it will not show up in the IP scanner,  since it cannot get a valid IP address , to access Switch when is on boot mode , we will need a console connection, it can be using a USB type C to USB cable.

Software recovery Process 

If resetting the Switch does not work , we need to perform a software recovery process since it can be that the image flash is corrupted so in basic words the unit is not able to boot up properly and need re-install the image ( software version )  to boot up the unit properly.

1-We need to access (physical) using one of the cables to the ICX-7150-C12P mentioned on the below guide:

Also, I am unable to login into the Unleashed network to see the status of the switch.

Basically if the switch has one green and one yellow light, it means that the switch is stuck in boot mode.

1-Please try to disconnect from the Power outlet the ICX-7150 and reconnect it.

2-Please try to press the reset button using a paper click or a small stick 

  1. Remove power from the switch.
  2. Press and hold the Reset button while applying power to the switch.
  3. After all the system LEDs flash amber, release the Reset button.

If this step doesn't work, we need to perform a software recovery.

Note: after fixing the issue of the Switch been stuck in boot mode, please perform an upgrade to the code 08095g UFI and upgrade both partitions with the switching code file named SPS08095gufi.bin, so perform the software recovery using the code 08090k with the upgrade image file named SPS08090k.bin, then when the switch is back to normal upgrade to the file SPS08095gufi.bin for both partitions primary and secondary.

  1. Upgrade a Switch ICX7150-C12P via TFTP

  1. Upgrade a switch via Web GUI (ICX7150 Switch)

@Jayavidhya, I followed the above steps but I am unable to get a ping from the Switch to perform a Software recovery on an ICX7150 switch. Followed step 2 of recovery. The putty never shows the boot prompt to enter any command. 

I think there is something wrong with the switch as a whole and please send a replacement switch.

Please provide an image/photo where you are trying to connect via console from ICX 7150 - C12 P (USB type C to  USB ) to PC. Before uploading the photos please login to the RUCKUS account and you can upload the image.
