Hello,
Since the severe thunderstorm that knocked out power at the end of February (DFW), my Ruckus has not been able to power my Ring doorbell or my access points downstairs and upstairs. It's showing it has power (see picture).
I have tried to reset by pushing the reset button on the unit (power off and power back on and holding for 10+ seconds) and nothing happens. Based on all the threads, everyone is having similar issues. We need help getting this resolved!!! Lennar needs to step in to assist.

Hi @tnguy521
Greetings of the day,
Please try performing the hard factory reset again to see if the issue gets resolved or not by following the below steps.
1:Factory reset:
When all the system LEDs blink green, all the configuration data are erased and the switch is returned to its factory configuration. When all the system LEDs are solid green, the erase process is complete and the system reloads. Once reloaded and the SYST LED is steady green, the factory reset is complete.

If your switch is not responding to factory reset you need to perform the software recovery process,
Please read the guide carefully before start the steps.
