I am experiencing intermittent connection issues and sometimes my PoE devices will not power up forcing me to power cycle the switch frequently.
Please assist.

I've entered the commands you listed above. I will test the stability. I may be able to find a windows laptop. If you have directions for both Windows and OSX, I would appreciate it.

Hi @mjstich
Thank you for your response and the update.
For your reference, please see the following RUCKUS Lennar Knowledge Base self-help article, which outlines the upgrade process:
The article provides three upgrade options primarily for Windows systems. However, if you're using a MAC, we recommend trying Option 1 from the guide.
Please review the article and let me know if you have any questions.
Thank you again for your patience and understanding.
Best regards,

When I attempt to upgrade the firmware via a USB stick, I see the following response:
telnet@ICX7150-C12-Switch#copy disk0 flash mnz10114.bin bootrom
copy disk0 flash mnz10114.bin bootrom
tftp session in progress, Copy is not allowed.
Is there a command I am expected to execute to disable tftp?
Thanks.

Hi @mjstich
Greetings!
Thank you for your response and the update.
Kindly wait for a few moments and then restart the command process.
If the issue persists, please close both the TFTP and Terminal windows and then reinitiate the entire process from the beginning.
Please keep me posted on the outcome.
Thank you once again for your patience and understanding.
Best regards,
Imran Sanadi

I was able to apply the firmware updates as mentioned in the link you provided.
Here is the situation I find myself in now after the updates:
- The switch is exhibiting the same problems as before. I have to reboot it several times to get the PoE devices to power up. Even after booting, I am experiencing frequent intermittent connections.
- I cannot connect to the device anymore on port 23 after the firmware upgrade. This was the connection method I used to run the firmware upgrade command.
- It appears the ssh daemon is running but I cannot find a valid user/password combination to allow me to log into the switch. I have tried every combination multiple times on this page with no luck.
