Ruckus Bridge is Causing Slow Internet

I need to speak to someone about the slowness of my internet. This is the 3rd time needing to replace my bridge. My ISP has been out every quarter for 6 years looking at our service. The last piece and everything points to the Ruckus. 

Can someone please call to help? 

It sucks that Lennar has abandoned us like this.

As I see from the picture you shared, the lights of the Switch are in a normal state.

This may be a Routing Code issue. Please refer to the below RUCKUS Lennar Knowledge base self-help guide that may help you get this issue resolved.

Could you please try to log into the CLI using the Telnet option? (Please refer to the below screenshot)

Telnet – Port 23 (If SSH doesn’t work)

If you can access the Command line should look like this:

ICX7150-C12 Router> OR

ICX7150-C12 Switch>
