Ruckus 7150 C12P showing not alive after hard restting.

Hello Moderators.

I have Ruckus 7150 C12P when I purchased the house and am 2nd owner of this house. As previous owner disconnected all cables and wires from the switch, I try to connect and found not working. Try to reset with Pin at front of the switch and power off and on, but cannot found working. Then I try to hard reset by downloading all steps mentioned in forum. Finally found ping says not alive.

I am submit  pics of the results and connections. Please guide me .

Thank you for the response and the update.

Check 'Ports (COM & LPT) details (Refer to the screenshot)

If you don't see in COM & LPT details, check if you have installed the drivers of the Switch, if not please do. follow the below process.

Please make sure to download the zip drive for the file below & "extract all". Once it's extracted, run the file, the driver should be installed using the 2 links below.

Once done, please restart the Switch and the laptop, and unplug/plug the software recovery cables.

Yes It worked and reset the password.

So do I disconnect now and put it on the console and put all cables back or is there any command to exit.

Thank you for your response and the update. I'm glad to hear that the process was successful.

At this stage, you can proceed by closing the sessions and disconnecting the Software Recovery cables from the devices. Afterward, reconnect the cables to any of the 12 ports on the switch, as they were initially configured. Please verify that everything is functioning properly.

hi Imran.

got the wires connected. I put the spectrum modem near switch and only confusion is to where to put the wifi cable on the switch to the wifi router.
