I spoke with ring they said I need to contact the HOA. They think the cable is bad.
also Wi-Fi is working but not the Ethernet cable.

It’s the tiny cable that runs around the house might be damaged all the internet cables are fine it’s the one that runs into thru the walls

This is beyond our scope since, we only provide the devices but we are not in charge of the installation or wiring , you can contact Lennar builder or some technician 'as the third party' to check the wiring correctly
