Ring and the Ethernet cables are not working.

I spoke with ring they said I need to contact the HOA. They think the cable is bad. also Wi-Fi is working but not the Ethernet cable.

It’s the tiny cable that runs around the house might be damaged all the internet cables are fine it’s the one that runs into thru the walls
