I had a switch RMA to me to replace one that was defective. In the unleashed app it shows 2 switches, one connected (the one RMA) and the other (returned) disconnected. How do I remove the one that is no longer connected. I've looked all over in the app, but it won't or doesn't have that I find how to delete the ICX 7150-C12P switch?

Rajendran, are you really reading my replies??
I asked :
1. how do I have a connected device(s) run on 5G and not always 2.4?
2. The AP is connected to the ceiling and it's impossible to make a video of the reset button
3. I shared with that I have over 23 years' experience in Networking technology. Hardware & Software.
4. The Hide Advance is not checked:
Send me a link and I'll send an image of how the AP is mounted on the ceiling.

Hello @dsmith160 ,
Thank you for your response. I apologize for any confusion.
To address your points:
1) To ensure your connected devices use the 5GHz band instead of 2.4GHz, you may need to create a new WLAN from the Unleashed system and need to adjust the device's settings under Radio Control option and choose 5G only option under the Enable WLAN On.
Please follow the below RUCKUS Lennar Knowledge base self-help article which will help you to create new WLAN.
If 2.4G and 5G lights are amber, it states that the connectivity is up and there are no devices/clients connected. When any device/client connects to the 2.4 or 5G radio the lights turn green. Please refer to the below link for more information about the light status of the RUCKUS R510 Access Point.
2) I understand that capturing a video of the reset button may not be feasible due to the AP's mounting location. I would request you to please unmount the AP using a paper clip. Please refer to the below video from 3:30 Minutes to learn how to get the AP off the ceiling.

Please use the Google drive link to share the video on resetting the AP.

Not sure WHY you are sending ALL these links that you MUST KNOW I'm already familiar with! Please STOP treating me like I have NO technical skills, it's VERY INSULTING! I KNOW HOW TO RESET AN AP!!
I also know how to verify RADIO settings.
You send me a google link that I can use to upload an image.
I have share with several times I cannot take a video of the reset button and what good would it do if it's connected to the ceiling and if I took it down what good would a video the units reset button if it doesn't have power??
It's getting very tiring trying to get you to help find resolution Rajendran!
Provide me instructions on how to upload (not download) a picture of the AP attached to the ceiling (not a video) with the proper link.

Hello @dsmith160 ,
Thank you for your response.
Based on the picture you provided, the light status of the Access Point appears normal. To proceed, I kindly request that you unmount the AP as described in the previous post video and connect it to the switch using an external Ethernet cable. Please shoot a video while performing the reset on the AP.
We are always here to assist you in our best possible way, but a video is necessary for us to assist you forward.
This forum is on best best-effort support basis.
You may want to seek external assistance for unmounting the AP if needed.
Thank you for your patience and understanding.
