Remove the returned ICX 7150-C12P switch

I had a switch RMA to me to replace one that was defective. In the unleashed app it shows 2 switches, one connected (the one RMA) and the other (returned) disconnected. How do I remove the one that is no longer connected. I've looked all over in the app, but it won't or doesn't have that I find how to delete the ICX 7150-C12P switch?

Not stuck on a step.

It's easy by just holding the reset button.

The problem the new SSID is still not getting displayed in the Wi-Fi list after resetting the AP as you suggested.

Hello @dsmith160 ,

Thank you for the response.

From the response you shared, the new SSID you created is still not showing under the available Wi-fi list.

Before we proceed further, we need to check few settings of the newly created SSID by following the below pictures.

Please check if the hide option is checked. If the box is checked, please uncheck the box and then check under available Wifi list.

Some of your suggestion Rajendran were helpful however as I've shared with several times, I have everything configured properly. The issue is with the AP as the reset button is not working properly. I had to remove it from the ceiling and try getting it to reset to factory over and over until it finally started the reset process on its own. The AP is defective. I shared with that I have over 23 years' experience in Networking technology. Not sure how to get the AP replaced. Let me know.

Also, how to I have a device(s) run on 5G and not always 2.4?

Hello @dsmith160 ,

Thank you for your response.

I understand that you're experiencing issues with the reset button on your access point.

Could you please provide a video demonstrating the problem with the reset button?

Also, please provide a screenshot of the Hide Advanced options as suggested in the previous post.

Thank you for your patience and understanding.
