R510 has no power

Having issues, not getting power to to my R510. Ive pushed the reset button for 30sec and unplugged from power source.  David Hill

Will no, by default, the new code enable PoE, however there is a possibility that is no enable, so please follow up the next steps.

1:If you gain access via CLI, please run the next command and share it with us.

show lldp neighbor

show inline power

show poe

2:If you gain access via WEB GUI, Please share the next screen.

port>inline power>inline power statistics

Just a refresher, my problem lyes with no power to my Ruckus nor do I have power to my 510 in the ceiling.  I'm ready to pick this back up to fix this issue.  Please stay with me limiting the length of time between our messages.  With the steps I have followed, I'm stuck on Com ports.  My system shows com5 when I go into Putty it won't allow me to change the com.  Suggestions?

 As you can see no lights on the R510.  Nor are there lights on the Ruckus 7150 in the closet.
