R510 password to setup AP

Moved into a Lennar condo previously occupied by rental tenants. It appears that Amazon may have set up the original configuration in 2020. The switch is working fine but the access point (R510) is only showing and is asking for a password in the setup. No documentation or procedures for getting back to the setup. Please help.

No other lights are on

Hi @bigwavedave 

Based on status of the lights seems to be that the Access points are no connecting to the Local router Router ISP.

Please check the following guide:

In order to make sure that the Router cable is plugged in , in the right place

The AP keeps popping up randomly as recover.me248C50 (the serial #) but then disappears. The couple of times I have tried to put in a password (the serial number) I get the message "Can not join network"

Can do a Factory reset to one of the Access Points ? 

To do this process you must disconnect all access points ( except 1 )  from the Switch and proceed to a factory reset with the only one that remained connected.
