Hi @Sully ,
Greetings!!!
Thank you for contacting RUCKUS Lennar Home Community.
I hope you are doing well!!!
Thank you for the information you shared.
As per the case description, I understand that you are looking for assistance with your RUCKUS setup on your new Lennar home.
Please verify the connections from the access points and ICX 7150 -C12 P that the cable seems to be in good conditions. Also, the ethernet cable should be connected to 1 of 12 ports in the switch.
Please refer to the short guide link below about how to connect the devices as a reference:
Most common Setups for Lennar homes users:
Once you confirm the RUCKUS devices are connected as per the above description, You can try connecting to the Wi-Fi network from the RUCKUS Access Points using the credentials provided on the Networking Device holding cabin. (Please refer to the below screenshot)
If the login username and password don’t work, you need to factory reset your RUCKUS Access Points and configure them with a new Wi-Fi network/SSID. Please refer to the below RUCKUS Lennar Knowledge base self-help article for the Access Points factory reset process.
Please let me know if you have any queries in this regard.
Thank you again for your patience and understanding.

Pinky, after looking into our equipment more thoroughly it looks like we are.missing these two pieces of equipment. We have a router/modem combo. Can you let me know what other equipment we need. Thanks, Sully

Hello @Sully ,
Thank you for the response.
I understand that you are having a modem/router combo installed at your home through your ISP.
It does not necessarily have to be 2 separate devices, as you have a device combo, the ethernet cable should be connected from the modem/router combo device to one of the 12 ports in the Switch as shown in the below picture.
Could you also confirm if there are Access points connected to the Switch?
If yes, please confirm the number of APs.
Also, I request you to please share the connection ports picture of the Switch and the number of devices involved in Ruckus setup for us to assist you further.
Please let us know if you have any queries in this regard.
Thank you again for your patience and understanding.
Best regards,
