I am unable to connect to my Ruckas AP as of today. Everything has been working fine for a long time.

I am able to connect directly to my Cox modem both hard wired and wirelessly.

After a number of reboots and restarts, I'm getting the same results. The 4 lights on my AP are solid green.

When I try to connect to my Lennar network wirelessly, I either get "connection failed" or "connected without internet"

Here are photos of my switch and AP.

Any suggestions on how to get things working again are much appreciated.

Thank you for the response.

From the response you shared, I understand that the cable connections and light status looks normal.

I would request you to please create a new Wifi-network using the below mentioned article:

Please follow the article and let me know if you are able to connect to the RUCKUS Wifi network.

Pinky,

Thank for your support.

I have reset the AP according to the instructions. Actually, I have done it atleast 3 times.

I have been able to get it to show a new wireless network of Configure.Me-XXXXXX

Then when I go to the Ruckus Unleashed App on my mobile phone, I am not able to complete the setup.

After the reboot, only 2 of the 4 lights are lighting up on the AP unit.

Also, when I connect to the Configure.Me-XXXX wireless network using my mobile device, I get "Connected without internet/ Not secured"

It appears to me that the factory reset was not completely successful.

Please advise any recommendations that you have.

Thank you for the response.

From the response shared, I understand that you were able to see Configure.me; however, getting error while connecting to Configure.me network.

Also , I understand that you are trying to connect to the Internet using the Unleashed app.

I would request you to please complete the setup using web browser and check if you are able to connect through the browser.
