No PoE to APs

Wifi stopped working so unplugged and plugged the switch and still not powering APs. All other devices that are hardwired to the switch work. Did factory reset and still not working. I plugged the APs to a power supply and the APs work and have WiFi connectivity. Problem is no PoE from the switch.

To solve this issue please try performing the factory reset of access points by removing all the cables from the switch. Here I attach the guide on how to perform factory reset process.

Once you are done with the step please try login to the switch and share the output of the following commands.

enable

Show version

Show inline power

Show inline power detail

 So I removed all the cables from the switch, did a factory reset on the APs and the switch, and then tried the commands and got the same message repeating over and over. See image below

Please try to upgrade the switch using the below guides and check whether you are getting the same error or not. Please perform an upgrade to the code 08095g UFI with the file named SPS08095gufi.bin and upgrades both partitions primary/secondary.
