I connected the wires just as you suggested and still get the same error.

So I removed all the cables from the switch, did a factory reset on the APs and the switch, and then tried the commands and got the same message repeating over and over. See image below

I'm stuck on this screen and it won't let me perform any of the commands. The message keeps repeating itself.
