I believe this issue starting a year ago resulted from power failure at my house. Since then access point in hallway did not work and also door bell and Ring camera do not work. Recently, I found the external power supply for the access point and now it is working while hanging from the ceiling with an extension cord to the power supply. My Ruckus Network box does not appear to be stuck in boot mode as I see other posts because the SYST and PWR lights are both green. I cannot login to the Unleashed app using any of the suggested username/passwords and I do not see a username/password from the installer in the documentation or on the cabinet door. I get an error message ‘Unleashed - You are not connected to Unleashed network. Go to Settings? Yes/No.’ I’m using iPhone 15 with iOS 18.1.1. I purchased my Lennar home new in 2018. Should I try a hardware factory reset of the Ruckus Network box?

Hi @markcfoster
Greetings!!!
Thank you for reaching out to the RUCKUS Lennar Home Community.
We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to resolve the issues you are experiencing with your RUCKUS setup.
Based on the information provided, it appears that you are encountering issues with the RUCKUS Access Points and the RUCKUS Unleashed login issue.
We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused and are committed to assisting you promptly.
Before I assist you with the Unleashed application issue. I would need to check some configurations of your RUCKUS ICX-7150-C12P Switch to troubleshoot this issue.
To proceed with troubleshooting the issue, please follow the steps outlined below to access the Command Line Interface (CLI) and provide the necessary command outputs:
1. First, identify the current IP address assigned to the switch ICX-7150-C12P by your local router. You can use an IP scanner tool to easily locate the switch's IP address on your network. Here is a guide on how to perform this using IP Scanner free applications:
2. Once you have identified the IP address of the switch, proceed to access the Command Line Interface (CLI) of the RUCKUS ICX-7150-C12P switch. Here is a guide on how to access the CLI:
If you can access the Command line the prompt should look like below:
ICX7150-C12 Router> OR
ICX7150-C12 Switch>
3. After successfully accessing the CLI, please execute the following commands and provide the outputs:
enable
show version
show flash
show inline power
show inline power detail
show interface brief
Please share the command outputs or screenshots if you encounter any issues or errors during these steps.
Feel free to reach out if you have any questions or require further assistance.
Thank you for your cooperation and patience.
Best regards,
Imran Sanadi

Using fing for iOS, I did an initial scan and there are 15 listed with their IP address, however, two are labeled Router and iPad, but the other 13 are all labeled ‘Generic.’ How am I suppose to identify which IP address is for the Ruckus Network box?

Imran, I had to use the Telnet command nc [IP Address] 23 to access the CLI, but I did it. Following is a copy and paste from Terminal with all of the queries you asked for. What is my next step?
