New Router from ISP Extenders don't work now

Dozerdoz

My frontier router was dropping internet randomly so they send me a new eero pro 6e. I get perfect internet from the actual router but now my extenders do not put out internet. If they do, it'll be 300 mbps then die quickly but mostly there is no internet. I tried a factory reset but that did not work. And I do not know how to log into unleash to look at my network and troubleshoot. Please help.

Maybe I didn’t word that clearly enough - the Ruckus APs do not extend another vendors *wireless network*. They can absolutely bridge a wired network from your ISP router.
If you have an Eero device, that is a wifi access point. You cannot mesh it with the Ruckus APs, that was my point. And if you disconnect the Ruckus APs and your wifi is working great, you don’t need them. Remove the complexity from your network and make a few bucks selling them on.

It’s also worth making the point that the Eero router is a wifi 6E device and will give you a superior connection to the older Ruckus access points which only support wifi 5.

I understand that, I need internet downstairs and the eero does not reach very well at that distance is why I'm wanting the R510s to work properly.

Hello @Dozerdoz ,

Thank you for sharing the response.

From the response, I understand that you are unable to see your Ruckus Access points Wifi network and it is broadcasting Configure.Me network.

We would suggest you to please perform the Access point factory reset by following the Lennar Knowledge Base Self Help article using the link:

https://community.ruckuswireless.com/t5/RUCKUS-Support-for-Lennar-Homes/Physical-Factory-Reset-an-Ac...

Please let me know if you are able to reset the Access point and if you have any further queries.

Thank you again for your patience.

Very strange. When i do a speed test it'll now it shows 90mbps but does one test then disconnects. Also, before all these issues, it was mimicking my router at 500/500. Any recommendations for this?

Hello @Dozerdoz ,

Thank you for the response.

May i please know if you are able to connect to the Ruckus wifi network after performing the reset?

Also, please confirm if the Internet is getting dropped or are you facing the slow speed issues?

Thank you for your patience and understanding.
