Hi. We recently moved into a Lennar home and we that the home has 3 Access points in the house. We were told to download the Ruckus Unleashed app and begin configuring. Since we’re not the first homeowners there’s no Configure.Me WiFi. There’s also no sticker in the panel with log in info. Previous homeowner also doesn’t have any info. When I go to manage network I don’t have any log in information.

We are not tech people in any way so hoping someone can help provide step by step instructions for starting from the beginning. Assuming we have to reset everything?

To login please try the most common username and passwords ( This is key sensitive so please include capital letters )  

 

Username:admin password: Ruckus! 

Username:admin password: Ruckus1

Username:admin password: Lennar

Username:super password: sp-admin

Also to see the configure.me SSID, we need to perform factory reset of the APs. Please follow the below process to factory reset your APs to configure them with a new SSID.

 

IMPORTANT NOTE: To perform a factory reset correctly on one of the access points, you must disconnect the rest of your other access points from the "ICX-7150-switch". For example, if you have 3 access points, you should go to the switch and disconnect 2 of the cables to turn off the "2 access points" and only leave 1 connected with which we are going to work the factory reset once you configure the access point and make sure all is good, go ahead and reconnect the other Access Points back.
