I need help, I have no idea what I am doing and Im pretty sure I made things worse by trying.
I got a new isp yesterday and they installed a new router. I have a ruckus icx and 2 aps. They kept wanting to show the old wifi and not the new.
i deleted the old network in the ruckus app and now i cant add a new one. I have tried to reset the aps and follow the directions to set up a new network and i can get as far as generating the “configure.me” to show up but it wont connect and start the network setup.
bout to lose my mind with the lack of ruckus support

Hi @JBarb
Greetings of the day,
To configure the APs and to see the configure.me SSID, we need to perform factory reset of the APs.
Sometimes resetting the AP has to be done multiple times so please follow the below process to factory reset your APs to configure them with a new SSID.
IMPORTANT NOTE: To perform a factory reset correctly on one of the access points, you must disconnect the rest of your other access points from the "ICX-7150-switch". For example, if you have 3 access points, you should go to the switch and disconnect 2 of the cables to turn off the "2 access points" and only leave 1 connected with which we are going to work the factory reset once you configure the access point and make sure all is good, go ahead and reconnect the other Access Points back.
