I have plugged my xfinity router into the Ruckus base. What are the next steps that I need to take in order to light us the Ruckus wireless network?

Imran, I have successfully done a factory reset on one of the Access Points and for the time being I will only leave that one connected to the unit until we sort this out. Right now after the reset I can only see a Recover.Me network, not a Configure.Me network like you and the videos describe. What do I do next?

Thank you for your response and the update.
Once the factory reset is complete, you should see the new Wi-Fi network that was configured during the reset process.
Following the reset, you can reconnect the previously disconnected Access Points. They should automatically synchronize with the configuration of the Access Point used for the reset.

Imran, right now after the reset I can only see a Recover.Me network, not a Configure.Me network like you and the videos describe. Why am I not seeing a Configure.Me network?

Thank you for your response and the update.
After pressing the reset button, you should see a network named configure.me-xxxxxx broadcasted by the Access Point.
If this network does not appear, please disconnect the current Access Point and try the reset process on another one.
