I have plugged my xfinity router into the Ruckus base. What are the next steps that I need to take in order to light us the Ruckus wireless network?

Hi @Graham75
Greetings!
Thank you for your response and for sharing the information.
Could you please confirm which LEDs are blinking, are they on the RUCKUS ICX-7150-C12P Switch or on the Access Points mounted on the ceiling?
Your clarification will help us assist you more accurately.
Thank you again for your patience and understanding.
Best regards,

Hey Imran, I rebooted another time and the lights on the ICX-7150-C12P Switch are no longer blinking, they are green. The 4 AP are also blinking green. I see three Recover Me wireless networks showing up. How do I determine that the factory reset actually worked and what is my next step to get this system working? I have the unleashed app installed but I don't see anything to connect to and I don't have credentials.

Hi @Graham75
Greetings!
Thank you for your response and the update.
Please do not reset the ICX-7150 switch. Instead, perform a factory reset on the Access Points.
You can follow the steps outlined in the RUCKUS Lennar Knowledge Base article linked below:
https://community.ruckuswireless.com/t5/RUCKUS-Lennar-Support-Knowledge/Factory-reset-process-of-the...
Note: Since you have four RUCKUS R510 Access Points in your setup, please disconnect the cables from any three of them from the ICX-7150 Switch ports and perform the factory reset only on the one Access Point that remains connected. Once the reset is complete, reconnect the other three Access Points to the switch ports they should automatically sync with the configuration from the reset Access Point.
Please let me know how it goes.
Thank you again for your continued patience.
Best regards,

Imarn, remember I already attempted to reset the switch. Anyway, I believe I was able to reset the APs and got the ConfigureMe network. Opened the unleashed app and appeared to go through the setup process successfully but now it is not allowing me to connect to the Ruckus-Unleashed network that it said it created. I cannot see it and I am not able to connect manually by typing in the network name. Have I done something wrong?

Hi @Graham75
Thank you for your response and the update.
Once the Access Point factory reset is complete, you should see the new Wi-Fi network available for connection.
Please try checking on a different device to see if the network appears in the available Wi-Fi list.
Additionally, you may refer to the following video for a visual walkthrough of the process:
