Need help configuring network in Lennar home I just bought

I have plugged my xfinity router into the Ruckus base.  What are the next steps that I need to take in order to light us the Ruckus wireless network?

Hey Imran, if I am connected to the Configure.Me network I can log into the unleashed app and see the WLAN.  Two things, there is no internet connection even though I have plugged in my xfinity router that has internet access.  And also the Ruckus network show No (0) APs, even though they are all lit green.

I can't use a laptop.  When i connect to the Configure.Me network I can't get to unleashed.ruckuswireless.com becuase it doesn't have internet access.  Is there anyway we can just jump on the phone?  This is getting frustrating.  I just need to talk to someone and it will probably get resolved alot more quickly.

We apologize for the inconvenience.

You can access https://unleashed.ruckuswireless.com/ without an active internet connection on your laptop by connecting to the Configure.me-xxxxxxxx network.

If you continue to experience issues, please try disconnecting the current Access Point (AP) from the switch port. Then, connect a different AP and attempt a factory reset on the newly connected AP. Only ONE AP must be connected to the Switch port during this process.

Please note that, effective November 2022, RUCKUS Support for Lennar Homes customers is no longer provided via phone, email, or remote session. All support is now exclusively offered through this community forum, on a best-effort basis.

Imran, it will not allow me to connect on my laptop or any other laptop.  Can you give me the contact info for a local technician?  This mode of support is not helpful.
