My Smart home system is not working such as no doorbell (ring) but Ruckus unit has green lights. I need help please. thank you

Which port did you relocate the cable from port #4 to? Is the issue still happening?
Could you please take a picture of the cables connected to the switch (white box on the cabinet) and share it with me??

It was relocated from port #4 to port #12. It's still not working. Also, the unit/receiver on the ceiling doesn't have any lights

Yes, we only have one box in the ceiling that has no lights at all. And only the doorbell and Kevo are affected, all hard wires are working.
I don’t think it’s the cable problem, it’s a brand new home.
This same problem happened before, about over a year ago. Ruckus replaced the unit. I was told that we have lifetime warranty on this unit.

Just to be sure, the issue is only happening with the doorbell device? How many APs (white box in the ceiling) do you have?
Next steps to follow:
1. I've observed that the PoE device on Port #1 is operational and receiving power, as indicated by the logs showing it as ON. Would you kindly transfer the cable from port #12 to port #1, and then share the outcome with me?
-I'm contemplating whether the issue might be more related to the cables themselves, rather than being associated with the Ruckus switch.
