Really apologize for the confusion.
You may directly upgrade it to the 200.15.6.212.14 through the online upgrade option.
Please follow the below RUCKUS Lennar Knowledge base self-help article which will help you to upgrade the Ruckus AP to a recommended version

Yes, I have successfully upgraded the firmware of both Unleashed AP to 200.15.6.212.14 and RUCKUS ICX-7150-C12P switch to 08095g. However, I am still having issues as I am getting disconnected due to a heartbeat loss, following are the alarms I am getting every now and then -

Could you please log into your ISP account and check if your IP Passthrough is enabled, if yes, please disable the same.

Since I have disabled Wifi from the AT&T modem, I have to have passthrough configured to have my Unleashed is the only access point.
