Hello @rajivnandra ,

Thank you for the response.

Really apologize for the confusion.

You may directly upgrade it to the 200.15.6.212.14 through the online upgrade option.

Please follow the below RUCKUS Lennar Knowledge base self-help article which will help you to upgrade the Ruckus AP to a recommended version

Please check and let me know if you have any queries in this regard.

Thank you again for your patience and understanding.

Not sure why I am still getting an error stating "Status : TFTP out of buffer space error."?

Below is the content from web interface

TFTP ConfigurationTFTP Server IP:Configuration File Name:

Status : TFTP out of buffer space error.

[Home][Site Map][Logout][Save][Frame Enable|Disable][TELNET]

I am worried as both primary and secondary flash are empty and now what if my switch reboots due to power failure or for any other reason? Can I change the Boot sequence to the "TFTP Server" till we figure out a solution? Please help!!

Hi @rajivnandra

I hope this message finds you well.

Could you kindly clarify the reason for erasing the primary and secondary components? This action was not suggested or recommended by us.

As previously mentioned, we advised using the Option 2 CLI method for the upgrade process. Proceed with the same.

Thank you again.

I was getting an error message while TFTP that due to a space issue, the action got aborted. The KB article mentioned deleting Primary and secondary plus the easiest method is via the GUI interface, and you should support your own product's GUI interface.

Anyway, I fixed it by tearing it down and rebuilding it from scratch, and the change I am seeing is that now 18 devices are connected via the 5Gz channel Unleased AP and 2 devices are via the 2.4Gz channel, and I am not finding it a great situation.

Hi @rajivnandra

Greetings!

Thank you for your response and for providing the update.

I apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Could you kindly confirm whether your RUCKUS ICX-7150-C12P Switch and RUCKUS R510 Access Points have been upgraded to the recommended versions? If so, may I inquire about any additional issues you are currently experiencing with these devices?

Your confirmation is greatly appreciated.

Thank you once again for your patience and understanding.
