Hello @rajivnandra ,
Thank you for the response.
Really apologize for the confusion.
You may directly upgrade it to the 200.15.6.212.14 through the online upgrade option.
Please follow the below RUCKUS Lennar Knowledge base self-help article which will help you to upgrade the Ruckus AP to a recommended version
Please check and let me know if you have any queries in this regard.
Thank you again for your patience and understanding.

Thanks, Pinky. I have updated Ruckus AP to 200.15.6.212.14. Now, I would like to update the ICX-7150 Switch to the latest firmware, but I don't know the user ID and password as I have never logged in before. Do you have any idea where I can get them?
Regards/Rajiv

Hi @rajivnandra
Greetings!!!
Thank you for the response and the update.
Please try to log into the Switch on the web browser using the default credential?
Switch default credentials will be as mentioned below.
Username: super
Password: sp-admin
If the above credentials don’t work, you can try below default credential combinations as well.
Please refer to the below RUCKUS Lennar Knowledge self-help article for the RUCKUS ICX-7150-C12P Switch upgrade process.
Please let me know if you need help at any point during the upgrade process.
Thank you again for your patience and understanding.

Hi @rajivnandra
Thank you for the response and the update.
Below are answers to your queries:
1. Please refer to the Upgrade document shared in my previous post. For Lennar users, we always consider 08095g as the suggested and stable version. Please use option 2 for the upgrade using CLI process.
2. As you access CLI using Telnet, use the following commands to either modify the existing password or create a new username and password:
enable
configure terminal
device(config)#username super password pass
In this example, the username is ‘super’ and the password is ‘pass’. (You could use of your choice)
To ensure proper authentication, execute the following commands:
device(config)#crypto key generate rsa
device(config)#aaa authentication login default local
device(config)#aaa authentication web-server default local
3. As mentioned in Point 1, we suggest using option 2 for the upgrade using the CLI process.
Please let me know if you have any queries in this regard.
Thank you again for your patience and understanding.

Thanks for the information, I have successfully modified the password and now I can log in. However, while upgrading firmware (using option 3, web interface), I keep getting an error "Status : TFTP out of buffer space error." even after erasing the flash -
telnet@ICX7150-C12 Switch#erase flash primary
Erase flash Done.
telnet@ICX7150-C12 Switch#erase flash secondary
Erase flash Done.
Please help!
