Lennar home - slow wifi

Hi, I have been dealing with slow wifi for a while now. The system came with Lennar home. I tried to reset everything but that didn’t help. 

Any suggestions on what i should do? Thanks

Could you please sent me the following command :

Show version 

That the WiFi is unstable, the only problem that would cause it would be the 'routing code', but Ruckus only distributes internet from the ISP, the next step would be to check the ISP (internet connection)

Please check the wired are in good conditions.

Great ! There are some settings on wireless to improved the network for example create a dedicated network 5G only for smart devices like iphone/PCs / Macs .

Would factory reset the Access Points help? 
can it be a defect product?
