Hello.
I am a Lennar homeowner trying to resolve my Ruckus network connectivity issues. I cannot get my 7150 switch to power up at all. I have also lost power to both the upstairs and downstairs wireless access points. I have tried downloading the software to reboot my unit using both the putty and MobX options to no avail. Please advise on the next step since I have lost connectivity to all my POE devices harnessed to the switch.

Hope you are doing well!
1-On your switch while it's plugged into the outlet, do you see any lights on? (Amber or green) Please let us know which lights are on?
2-Make sure it is plugged into a well-known outlet/power source

No lights come on when plugged into a power outlet

This unit Should be RMA (return merchandise authorization) in simple words replace it based on the troubleshooting done.
