Lennar home Ruckus disconnect

My Ruckus will not stay connected , I re boot and it disconnects in minutes

my internet provider confirmed and stable connection to the home. What else can I do to get this resolved?

Please let us know whether you have performed software recovery process or not. If yes please follow any of the below guides to upgrade the switch.

Kinda hard to do steps without internet we are now completely confused and frustrated. Our access point on the ceiling is now all lights off, the main switch in our closet has always had power and green light when on. So no internet again today. 
my wife was able to download to flash drive steps as instructed, when ready to insert flash drive In switch, the access point went down, no internet to verify the switch recognized the flash drive

Please let us know whether you have done the software recovery process. 

 

We have to upgrade the switch only after completing the software recovery process.

We have tried to create the guides as non-technical as possible, so that they are not difficult to follow. Please let us know whether you are facing any issues in following the steps.

 

After fixing the issue please perform an upgrade to the code 08095g UFI and upgrade both partitions with the switching code file named SPS08095gufi.bin, so perform the software recovery using the code 08090k with the upgrade image file named SPS08090k.bin, then when the switch is back to normal upgrade to the file SPS08095gufi.bin for both partitions primary and secondary.

I purchased the cables needed and when I arrived back home the switch had no power. I have taken more pictures to show you.
