My wifi is super choppy with the internet showing as disconnected (sometimes) in the Ruckus dashboard. And it looks like i have to change ICX to SPS from SPR per this thread. But, I am unable to access my switch IP (via LAN Scan) or connect to the console via USB C to USB A connector from Ruckus panel to my laptop. See images below
For context - my videos take a while to buffer and but plays find once they start

I cannot find the COM code (using this approach) when I connect Ruckus to my laptop
