Just purchased Lennar home with the Ruckus Mesh System

I just purchased a 3 year old Lennar home with the Ruckus system installed. The previous owner does not seem to remember the username or password. At&T came out and installed router.....but could not get router to connect to the Ruckus. We went by the instructions inside panel door but using that info did not get us connected. 

Is there a way to just reset the system and start over ? Or are there other recommendations ? any set up guides, etc. ?

The above photos are from my system.  We do have strong internet currently just using the At &T Wireless Router ..

Again our issue is that we do not  know the name or password for the Ruckus System

Thank you for the response and the information you shared.

Could you please let me know if you tried using the credentials provided on the Networking Device holding cabin? (Please refer to the below screenshot) 

If they are not working, you could also try with the default credentials provided in the below guide:

The provided password and Wifi on the panel do not work.

How do we use the admin password an duser name .

 

I think we need to reset the Wifi name and password?

How do you do this? The videos are very confusing.

I am not a very technical person...

Thank you for the information and update.

We may need to factory reset the APs. Please follow the below process to factory reset your APs to configure them with a new SSID.

IMPORTANT NOTE: To perform a factory reset correctly on one of the access points, you must disconnect the rest of your other access points from the "ICX-7150-switch". For example, if you have 3 access points, you should go to the switch and disconnect 2 of the cables to turn off the "2 access points" and only leave 1 connected with which we are going to work the factory reset once you configure the access point and make sure all is good, go ahead and reconnect the other Access Points back.
