Just moved into 2018 Lennar home with R510 access point - no longer supported

Following the Community advice I downloaded the Ruckus Unleashed app to my phone, factory reset the master R510 access point, connected to the Configure.Me-xxxxx WiFi network, the app acknowledged I was connected to the network, then I hit start and received a message saying "AP version not supported. Please upgrade your AP." (see image attached). 

Can someone help me with next steps?  I was never connected to the network before resetting because it required the previous owner's login credentials.  Appreciate any advice you can give.

Hello.  After purchasing a new modem my issue seems to be resolved.  I'll post to the community if any further issues arise.  Thank you for your time!

Thank you for the response.

I would request you to please  upgrade the Unleashed on a Laptop web browser using Mozilla FireFox web browser.

If the login password does not work, we will need to perform a factory reset on your RUCKUS Access Points and configure them with a new Wi-Fi network/SSID. 

For detailed instructions on the factory reset process for the RUCKUS R510/R310 Access Points, please refer to the Factory reset process of the RUCKUS R510 Access Points for Lennar Home users Knowledge Base self-help article.

Once you login to the AP through web browser, please upgrade the AP to the recommended version.

Please follow the below RUCKUS Lennar Knowledge base self-help article which will help you to upgrade the Ruckus AP to a recommended version 200.15.6.12.304

After upgrading all Access Points, uninstall the current Unleashed application on your mobile phone and install the updated version. Please try to login again and check the version.
