Just moved into 2018 Lennar home with R510 access point - no longer supported

Following the Community advice I downloaded the Ruckus Unleashed app to my phone, factory reset the master R510 access point, connected to the Configure.Me-xxxxx WiFi network, the app acknowledged I was connected to the network, then I hit start and received a message saying "AP version not supported. Please upgrade your AP." (see image attached). 

Can someone help me with next steps?  I was never connected to the network before resetting because it required the previous owner's login credentials.  Appreciate any advice you can give.

Will upgrading fix the sporadic internet issue (currently no internet on the Ruckus network)?  This is starting to get ridiculous

When are you available (I live in Pacific Standard Time)?

Summary of my most recent efforts:  I tried upgrading via TFTP and successfully “Enable”ed the switch, but after typing the “COPY TFTP FLASH…” commands the TFTP timed out before uploading the first file. I then tried the thumb drive method and it acknowledged that the drive was plugged in but didn’t see the files (I put them in a folder titled “Upgrade” per the instructions- should they not be in a folder?). Appreciate your help.

I was able to successfully upgrade the switch to version 08.0.95g (see screenshot below); however, I'm still experiencing intermittent internet connectivity issues.  Not sure what to do next.  I can be available tomorrow afternoon at 4pm PST - the issue is that, if I'm connected to the Ruckus network, the internet may or may not be working at that time.  Should I connect via my old router during our call so the internet is more stable?
