Just moved into 2018 Lennar home with R510 access point - no longer supported

Following the Community advice I downloaded the Ruckus Unleashed app to my phone, factory reset the master R510 access point, connected to the Configure.Me-xxxxx WiFi network, the app acknowledged I was connected to the network, then I hit start and received a message saying "AP version not supported. Please upgrade your AP." (see image attached).

Can someone help me with next steps?  I was never connected to the network before resetting because it required the previous owner's login credentials.  Appreciate any advice you can give.

I downloaded and ran the Advanced IP Scanner but it's only finding my ASUS router.  I was connected to the Ruckus network when running the scan so the network is broadcasting (but doesn't have internet access).  I ran the scan with IP range 192.68.0.1-254 (matching the instructional link you provided).  How do I get the Ruckus Switch to show up in the scan?

Here is a photo of the scan parameters and results.

OK, so I moved downstairs and reconnected to the Ruckus network (via the non-master AP) and it currently has internet access.  I was able to locate the switch IP and access through Putty via the telnet option.  I entered "enable" and "show version" and below is the result.  I'm no longer able to enter any other commands at this stage (nothing happens when I try to type "show flash") - what is the next step?

We suggest upgrading your switch to the latest stable version to avoid this issue in the future.
