I do not get internet through the Ruckus Switch. I restarted the device but of no help. The extenders also do not work as I keep noticing that they are on and off quite frequently. Looks like the Switch is not functional. Can you please get this issue resolved ASAP.

2. Once you have identified the IP address of the switch, proceed to access the Command Line Interface (CLI) of the RUCKUS ICX-7150-C12P switch. Here is a guide on how to access the CLI:
If you can access the Command line the prompt should look like below:
ICX7150-C12 Router> OR
ICX7150-C12 Switch>
3. After successfully accessing the CLI, please execute the following commands and provide the outputs:
enable
show version
show flash
show inline power
show inline power detail
show interface brief

Hello Imran,
The Ruckus switch and AP's were not detected by the software. Tried all the remedies suggested by them. I verified all 12 ports on the Ruckus switch by connecting the ethernet cable to my laptop for internet but failed. Looks like the Switch is not working now to begin with. Also one of the AP indicator light is not ON (Not showing Green color) and I guess it is not working too.

I tried that what you mentioned in earlier response and also mentioned that the software was not detecting the Ruckus Switch and AP's IP addresses (my recent response). All other devices which were connected to Modem were detected by the software (Advanced IP Scanner) except Ruckus devices. This is the reason why I could not do the troubleshoot (Step 2).

Apologies for the inconvenience you are experiencing.
If you are unable to determine the IP address of the RUCKUS Switch, the next recommended step would be to access the Switch CLI using a console cable connection. This will allow you to directly log in and proceed with further troubleshooting or configuration as required.
