Issue with Ruckus Switch and Extender

I do not get internet through the Ruckus Switch. I restarted the device but of no help. The extenders also do not work as I keep noticing that they are on and off quite frequently. Looks like the Switch is not functional. Can you please get this issue resolved ASAP.

Hello Imran,

I need the Defective Access Point also replaced along with the Switch. Your RMA only mentioned about the Switch.

Thank you for the response.

Based on the troubleshooting completed so far, the Access Points appear to be functioning normally. The issue seems to be related to the Switch ports, which is likely why the Access Points were not operating as expected.

At this stage, we can only proceed with the Switch RMA process.

Thank you Imran. Received the replacement switch today. Can you please send me the instructions to install this device to transmit in 2.4GHz and 5G modes. Also, send me instructions about the Ruckus unleased app.
