Internet works on TV and laptop

Our internet router seems to  work on TV and laptops but not phone or Alexa. How do I fix it?

Ok, but you need to test the internet from the source first I mean your service provider's router, because the Unleashed Access Points only emit a Wi-Fi signal, but the internet comes from your ISP's router, please check the previous guide provided called Most common configurations for Lennar home users, and contact your ISP in case the router does not work.

Yarenis, We have a Cox internet Modem, yesterday I reset and rebooted the modem myself and through the cox tech. The modem is working fine. When we reboot our phones will connect to the internet but then get booted off , same with Alexa.  When we try to re connect it will say connect but no internet. So I think the modem is fine, so I wonder if the ruckus is causing a problem and not allowing our phones and alexa to connect.  Our TV, laptops are working and connecting.  The lights on the ruckus look all good. I have unplugged and plugged the ruckus twice and there is no change. Could there be an issue with the wifi router/ruckus causing the small devices (likely ones on 2.4ghz) not to connect?

Note: Please read the guides carefully before start the troubleshooting.

1:Connect directly the computer to the ICX7150 Switch with an Ethernet cable.

2:Now that your computer is directly connect, test if you can open websites.

3:The 2.4 LED light in your Access Point must be green when there are devices connected or Amber/orange when the devices are not connected to that signal.

4:Check your connection from the Cox router to the ICX7150 Switch, because the internet depends on that connection.
